India’s famous poet-diplomat Abhay Kumar (India’s ambassador to Madagascar) read my poem “Kalli” at a recent Book Fair at the National Library in Antananarivo the capital of Madagascar. My heartfelt thanks to Abhay Kumar for honoring my poem.

Abhay has penned several books of poetry and edited anthologies including “100 Great Poems of India” (Bloomsbury, 2018) that includes Kalli. “Earth Anthem” written by Abhay has been translated and sung in many languages (including in Punjabi by me) around the Globe.
